HRM will register the novelties and changes to the acts pertaining to the organization and systematization of companies.<\/p>\n<p>The application is web based which means that the authorized users will be able to access the required information anytime and anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Management System consists of the following underlying modules:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Administration module<br \/>\n\u2022 Personnel records module (personal data for employees)<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee self service module<br \/>\n\u2022 Leave planning module<br \/>\n\u2022 Module for recruitment, selection and hiring new personnel<br \/>\n\u2022 Training and development module<br \/>\n\u2022 Module for planning medical checks<br \/>\n\u2022 Module for projects tracking and participation<\/p>\n<p>The Administration module entails the following:<br \/>\n\u2022 Company data (general data, locations, organizational structure)<br \/>\n\u2022 Definition of workplaces<br \/>\n\u2022 Codebooks<br \/>\n\u2022 Definition of users and user groups<br \/>\n\u2022 News, announcements, forms<\/p>\n<p>The personnel records module serves for entering new and reviewing the already entered employees.<\/p>\n<p>The employee self service module allows employees to view their own data.<\/p>\n<p>The leave planning module includes:<br \/>\n\u2022 Configurations<br \/>\n\u2022 Leaves<br \/>\n\u2022 Vacations<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Module for recruitment, selection and hiring new personnel<br \/>\n\u2022 Advertisements<br \/>\n\u2022 Registered candidates<\/p>\n<p>The training and development module allows data entry on employee trainings (undergone and planned).<\/p>\n<p>The module for planning medical checks contains data on employee health checks.<\/p>\n<p>The module for projects tracking and participation includes:<br \/>\n\u2022 Data about projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Project activities<\/p>\n<p>HRM provides:<br \/>\n\u2022 Effectiveness of the human resources unit<br \/>\n\u2022 Registration of novelties and changes to the acts for organization and systematization of companies<br \/>\n\u2022 Electronic dossier for each employee containing personal data, contact data, qualifications, employment data, data about hours spent at the workplace and data about leaves, data about salary and benefits paid, tracking of working life<br \/>\n\u2022 Simple organizational management, fast and easy tracking and registration of all processes related to employment and integration of data on all employees in the company<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective identification of employees working in the system and definition of their opportunities, privileges and working activities in the system<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Management System, along with the Payroll and Personnel Records System and the Working Hours Registration System, are excellent tools for enhancement of employee effectiveness and tracking their working life, improvement of the company quality and
